FrictaSolv acts as a processor for the customer data you send us. We engage the sub-processors below to run the service. All visitor input is masked at capture, so the data flowing to these providers is already scrubbed of personal information.

Events are retained per your plan (free tier: 7 days; paid plans longer, configurable in Settings). Opt-in screenshots are purged from Cloudflare R2 on a bounded schedule tied to your plan's replay retention (as short as 1 day), independent of event retention.
This page is the source of truth for our current sub-processors. We give at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor. To be notified of changes or to object, email privacy@frictasolv.com and we will add you to the sub-processor notice list.
