Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FrictaSolv during the founding beta. See also our Privacy and Sub-processors pages.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using FrictaSolv you agree to these terms. If you are using FrictaSolv on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for that organization and confirm you have authority to do so.

2. Beta program

FrictaSolv is offered as a founding beta. Features may change, pause, or be withdrawn while we develop the product. Access is granted at our discretion and may be limited or revoked. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse FrictaSolv, including attempting to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it to collect data you are not entitled to collect. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to deploy the SDK on the sites you install it on.

4. Your data

FrictaSolv collects product telemetry to diagnose user frustration, as described in our Privacy page. You retain ownership of your data. We process it to provide the service and do not sell it. You can remove the SDK and request deletion at any time.

5. Availability

We work to keep FrictaSolv available and reliable, but during beta we provide it on an as-is basis without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions about these terms can be sent to solutions@frictasolv.com.
